Depending on what is expected, you could be writing these emails yourself, given templates to use or a combination. You may be given a list of prospects or Lead Sourcing may be an integral part of your job. If you are just given a user name and password for the SAAS, you’ll be doing everything.
Regardless of how it plays out you will need to have a clear understanding of The Basics of Selling: Communication Skills, Preparation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Organization Skills and most importantly Persuasion Skills.
